Return/Exchange Policy

General Information: According to Lithuanian laws, you have 14 days from the date of purchase (for physical store purchases) or from the date of receipt (for online purchases) to return or exchange a product. This is applicable only if the product has not been used and its commercial appearance remains undamaged.

Inspection of Goods: For online purchases, you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, the product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.

Proof of Return Timing: It is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the product was returned within the specified period.

Required Documents: All returns or exchanges require a proof of purchase document (receipt, payment card statement, invoice, etc.). Failure to provide these documents will result in denial of return or exchange requests.

Costs and Process:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us via email (info@wearmypleasure.com) within 14 days of purchase or receipt for online purchases.

  2. Return Form: We will send you a return form. Fill it out completely, pack the item securely, and include the completed form in the package. Ensure all original labels and protective films (if applicable) are intact.

  3. Shipping: Place the parcel in a post machine and send it to the specified return address. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

  4. Evaluation and Action: Upon receiving the parcel, we will assess the condition of the product. If it meets the return/exchange criteria (undamaged and suitable for resale), you will be refunded or provided with another product of your choice.
